Shift the Narrative – Refund & Return Policy

At Shift the Narrative, we are committed to serving our customers with integrity, excellence, and grace. We want you to feel confident in every purchase, and we aim to handle all returns and refunds with fairness and care.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

- Unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Free from damage, stains, or odors
- Returned with original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, including:

- Giveaway items
- Clearance or sale items
- Customized or made-to-order products

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:

- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or provider

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos so we can make it right quickly.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving a defective or incorrect item).
